Born in New York, raised a Jersey girl.

A luxury travel advisor. An athlete. An avid-concert attendee. A plant mom. An almost guitarist. And your reason for being here… a human who loves photography.

This love stems from the thought that in a year, not a single thing will be the same. An oxymoron in itself, what makes life so savory is its temporality. Moments we never want to end, are sometimes even sweeter in hindsight. Through photograph, I allow those moments to become indefinite as I can always revisit how a certain place made me feel despite not physically being there to experience it.

And from this logic, came the creation of Mel’s Lens. I hope these photographs come alive for you as they do for me. May you enjoy the collection of snips from my solo-adventures, travels and everyday life that I love to revisit time and time again.
